Pour préparer le pain perdu, il suffit de mélanger 3 œufs et 500 ml de lait entier. Trempez chaque tranche de pain dans l'appareil et laissez-les pendant quelques minutes. Faites-les cuire dans une poêle avec du beurre. Vous pouvez ajouter du sucre ou du miel et des fruits. Un délice !
