Australian stylist, cook and journalist Sara Silm spent much of her life travelling the
world (the Middle-East, Russia, South Africa and Kazakhstan) before settling down with her family in the Béarnaise
village of Montfort, located in the Aquitaine region of France, in 2015.
Home is now the beautifully-renovated Château Montfort, which Sara explores through a
lens of colour, texture and flavour as she brings us a taste of life in the French countryside via her gorgeous new book How
to French Country.
