Objectives
In this course, children who are beginners in French will learn the vocabulary and language structures required to be able to complete the following tasks in French:

Greet and introduce themselves

Count up to 30 and spell words

Introduce their family
-
Name objects and animals

Talk about their hobbies, likes and dislikes

Recognise masculine or feminine article un/une

Ask what time it is and answer
-
Describe someone’s physical appearance

Give and follow instructions.
Course prerequisite: For children who have never learnt French

Location: St Kilda
This course will take place in-person at our St Kilda premises, with covid-safe practices in place.
If any further restrictions were to be put in place in future meaning that group in-person classes could no longer take place, we are
prepared to transition all classes online for any remaining part of the term.
