Objectives
This course is specifically designed for children who are learning how to read and write in their first year at school. Our expert primary school teachers adapt the program to the students' needs and their newly-acquired abilities, to make learning a new language fun and engaging. Focusing on cultural themes, we adopt a playful and tactile approach that is best suited to very young learners. The program helps children to discover the French language through verbal expression and repetition, songs, games, reading and some written activities, with consistent emphasis on each child's participation.

The location of all children's courses is St Kilda, where our classroom space is designed to welcome children in a safe area. This course will take place in-person with covid-safe practices in place.

If any further restrictions were to be put in place in future meaning that group in-person classes could no longer take place, we are prepared to transition all classes online for any remaining part of the term.
