TCF Tout public (All public)

The TCF is a French language test for non-native speakers. It provides a clear and accurate assessment of your skills in understanding and using French.

• Issued by: French Ministry of Education
• Validity: 2 years from the test date
• Minimum age: 16 years
• Structure:
  • 3 compulsory tests
  • 2 optional tests (can be taken on different dates, but within the 2-year validity). To take the optional tests, you must first complete the compulsory ones

Cost: AU$ 379.00 for the compulsory tests / AU$ 199.00 for the optional test per test.

TCF CANADA - French Language Test for Immigration to Canada

Who is it for? Anyone, regardless of nationality or native language, who wishes to start immigration procedures with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). This includes French nationals and French speakers, who are also required to take the test.

Important: No other TCF or diploma is accepted as proof of French proficiency for Canadian immigration.

• Minimum age: 16 years

Structure: The TCF Canada includes 4 exercises that assess your French language skills.
