Chef Christophe, receiver of the National Order of Agricultural Merit and award-winning chef, will take you on a delicious journey through live demonstrations, tastings, and truffle-inspired delights.
Watch as our chef prepares chouquettes au chocolat with fresh truffle, discover fascinating facts about how truffles grow and how to use them in your own kitchen, and enjoy a warming bowl of velouté du Barry topped with truffle-infused whipped cream – followed, of course, by the freshly baked chouquettes.
