6.15 pm: Welcome with a glass of French wine

7 pm: screening of short documentaries on Art celebrating the Environment, between 4 and 14 minutes each and follow by a discussion panel.

The documentaries are made by leading French and Australian artists:

  • Janet Laurence (Aus): commissioned by the Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney
  • JR (Fr): commissioned by the National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne, 
  • Gary Stewart (Aus), choreographer, former artistic Director of Australian Sydney Dance Theatre: multi awarded film
  • Steps for Change with Emilly Lartillot/ Yunne-Jai Shin (Fr), choreography for a kids performance at UNESCO on bio-diversity
  • The Mulka Project (Yirrkala, Aus): commissioned by the National Gallery of Australia, Canberra.

9 pm: End of the evening
