Focus on Conversation et Culture française - Non-Govt School Teachers (Geelong)
Date: 07 Jul 2021, 10:00am - 4:00pm (GMT+10:00) Melbourne
While travel remains out of reach, you can still experience a full francophone experience right here in Victoria! Join us to practise and improve your spoken French skills at this special professional development day for Victorian teachers of French.
In partnership with the Victorian Department of Education and Training (DET), the Alliance Française de Melbourne is offering the opportunity for practising Victorian school teachers of French to enjoy a whole day focused on conversation et culture française, to help maintain your skills and knowledge to enrich and benefit your classes.
During this professional development day, you will take part in guided conversation on topics surrounding French culture and current affairs, as well as discussion on how to enhance your (and your students') everyday conversation skills in French with a focus on common interjections, expressions and casual speech.
Morning tea and lunch included. This professional development day will take place in Geelong (exact location TBC).
This training is fully subsidised by the DET for teachers of French at Victorian government schools. Fee for non-government school teachers: $300
If, due to government restrictions, we are no longer able to run this event in-person, it will be held online.
