Recipe: Gratin Dauphinois is always a good idea!
Gratin Dauphinois is a world-known dish from the former province of Dauphiné in the southeast of France. It
can be served as a side dish, with meat or vegetables, or on its own. It is made by brushing the inside of a baking dish with garlic,
layering thin slices of potatoes, and baking them in the oven with milk and cream. The perfect combination when it comes to comfort food
and always a great idea for rainy Spring days.
