Surrounded by the magic of Pâques (Easter), children will explore the language through hands-on activities, including interactive games, creative arts and crafts, cooking, and a thrilling Easter hunt escape game.

Throughout the week, they will learn basic French, such as how to introduce themselves, name colours and numbers, and use essential cooking vocabulary. Designed for beginners, this program requires no prior French experience.

Level: Beginner - This class is for students in Grades 1 to 6 who are completely new to French or who have been learning for less than 12 months.

Requirements: Please provide a morning snack for your child each day (no nuts allowed).

Throughout the week, they will enhance their language abilities by engaging in basic conversations, learning to locate objects, and naming kitchen items, places, and animals, among other topics.

Level: Intermediate - This class is for students in Grades 1 to 6 who have been learning French for 12 months or more.

Requirements: Please provide a morning snack for your child each day (no nuts allowed).

IMPORTANT: At present, our enrolments are only open for students currently enrolled in Term 1, 2025. If your child is not a current student, please contact us to join the waitlist and you will be informed if a space becomes available. We reserve the right to cancel enrolments that do not meet this criteria.

Les Maternelles is designed for pre-school children aged 3-5, to provide young learners with a fun introduction to everyday French! Each session is packed with hands-on learning activities, all designed to help children develop social skills and interact in a group. Using games, arts & crafts, stories, songs and other activities, the teacher introduces and reinforces French vocabulary and phrases.

Please provide your child with her/his own snack for snack time (no nuts). Please note that this is a drop-and-go class. It is strictly reserved for children aged 3-5 years old who are fully toilet trained. Class numbers are limited to eight students to ensure that each child receives maximum individual attention.

Important: There are two groups of Les Maternelles. If your child was 3 years old as of February 13th 2025, please enrol them in the specified 12pm class. If your child was at least 4 years old as of February 13th 2025, please enrol them in the specified 8:30am class. If you are unsure which class is best for your child, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Children remain in this level for the whole year.
