Le Monde du Vin Français:
A French Wine Course
Wine and gastronomy have always been at the centre of French culture. This is your unique opportunity to learn about French wines in a “Tour de France” of premium wine regions.
Hosted by French winemaker and wine consultant Loïc Le Calvez, and in partnership with Bordeaux & Beyond, this wine course of three two-hour classes will take you on a journey where you will learn the principals of wine tasting and some wine terminology in French. Each session will explore new wine regions, their unique cultural background and their wine secrets.
Each night five wines will be tasted. As a special treat, Bistro Gitan of South Yarra (run by the family of Jacques Reymond) will create a taster dish inspired by the traditional food of the wine regions
$240 per person (includes all three sessions) - places are limited.
