Tickets: Full $25 / AFM & The Boîte members $20. Advanced online bookings recommended as places are limited.

Stella Savy -
Influenced by her Seychelles Island heritage, Stella Savy’s sound is infused with reggae and ska guitar rhythms. Captivating audiences all over Australia for the past 25 years, her original material showcases her talent as a songwriter and vocalist with an expressive, soulful style. Stella is also a multi-instrumentalist, often performing on guitar and percussion.

Darrel Belle – Growing up in the Seychelles Islands, Darrel’s musical influence includes styles such as Sega, Reggae, Moutya, Dancehall and Soca. Darrel has performed in musicals, choirs, solo acoustic sessions and is currently the lead singer of The Push Reggae Band. Darrel is able to sing in Mauritian, Seychelles the Rodriguan tongue.

Wayne Parker - Wayne has been a working musician for more than twenty years. As well as playing guitar for a number of bands from the infectious latin outfit Los Locos, the jazz trio, Quartet In The Act and the Ballarat Ska Orchestra he also works as a composer and sound artist. 

About The Boîte: Since its inception, The Boîte has presented high quality acoustic concerts in intimate live music settings in venues across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Diversity is the hallmark of these concerts, providing support for hundreds of local musicians, most of whom are from recent immigrant communities. The Boîte World Music Cafe relies on the passion, skill and commitment of local supporters.
