Monday 16 January 2017
at Alliance Française Garden51 Grey Street, St Kilda
An intimate evening. Limited seats available.
From 6pm to 10 pm
For the first time, Alliance Francaise de Melbourne have partnered with So Frenchy So Chic to open its mansion gardens for a sunset show starring So Frenchy guests Bertrand Belin and Deluxe. Keep the So Frenchy So Chic vibes going after the weekend and join us for a highly intimate garden acoustic showcase of French music, champagne, wine, dancing and of course, joie de vivre.
Brittany-born, Paris-based Bertrand Belin is a writer, actor, poet and funk-folk musician. Sexy, stoic, cinematic and catchy, Belin's crooner-meets-dandy steeze has made this artist one of France's most fascinating chanteurs.
It's hard to describe the music of Deluxe without using the word eclectic. This high-energy troupe from Aix-en-Provence started out as street artists and have now become one of France's favourite dancefloor fillers thanks to their contagious energy, originality and genre-blurring sound.
With only 200 tickets available, this is a rare chance to get up close and personal with these two artists and dance into the warm, summer's night. Bonne année!
