French & Cooking: Les Spécialités Régionales

This 5-week culinary course combines French language with cooking: introducing students to regional, home style French cuisine. Each week, students will spend one hour in the classroom, followed by a hands-on cooking class. At the end of class, students will sit down to enjoy their meal while practicing their French conversation.

Le Tour de France: Regional Highlights

This 5-week French course for B1-B2 students will follow the 2019 Tour de France route, and will introduce students to some of the notable regions of the France, including their history, traditions, cuisine, architecture, landscape, industry, agriculture and more.
