Catch Up Lessons

If you've missed a class, don't despair!

You can take a catch-up lesson* with one of our tutors before your next class:

  • For $20, a 30-minute catch-up lesson can be organised when you've missed a 2-hour class.
  • For $40, a 1-hour catch-up lesson can be organised when you've missed a 4-hour class.

*Note: if you've missed more than 4 hours of classes, it is necessary to organise private tuition in order to catch up.

For more information, please refer to our terms and conditions for catch-up lessons.
If you would like to organise a catch-up lesson, contact us at:  reception@afmelbourne.com.au or give us a call on 9525 3463.

ComplimentaryPrivate Tuition

At Alliance Francaise de Melbourne, you enrol for a whole term**. If you miss a class for personal reasons, we cannot be held responsible for it and a no refund policy applies.

Yet, complimentary private tuition is on offer in 2 specific cases:

  • When students miss a class because of important work commitment or medical reasons and they provide AFM with official supporting documentation, AFM will consider offering them a free 30-minute complimentary private tuition to make up for the class they missed.
  • When we decide to cancel your class, we will contact you in order to know whether you can join another group or not. If you can and have missed the first class as a result, we will give you a free 30-minute complimentary private tuition to make up for it.

**Note: no enrolment is possible if more than 5 classes will be missed.

For more information, contact us at:  reception@afmelbourne.com.au or give us a call: 9525 3463.
